Culture, culture, culture. Who knew you didn't have to go to Cleveland to see live theater and musicals? Anyone who's been to one of the county's arts centers, that's who. With music, theater, and dance performances and classes regularly held throughout the year the area's art centers are wonderful places for those who are looking for a night out or to learn something new. There are also local museums that can help young and old alike learn about Ashtabula County's history as well as the historical role that Ashtabula County has played both in the Great Lakes maritime industry and the Underground Railroad.
